Dashboard filter is not showing all possible values when searching

Hi,

We recently updated to 0.42 and seem to have lost some functionality when using dashboard filters.

For fields where the "Filtering on this field" is set to "Search box", the dashboard filter is no longer showing all possible values. However, when using the filter in a question, all possible values are showing like it used to.

We can't set it to "A list of all values" because there are more than 1k values.

Can we bring back this search functionality for dashboard filters?

I don't understand. That's how the search has always worked.
