Database filters not populating in .46

Ever since updating to Metabase 46 (or .46) I'm noticing my dashboard filters are no longer pre-populating. I have to start typing something and then I'll see the available options. I'm noticing this in both the on-prem and cloud versions. The filters were pre-populating in previous versions. Has the behavior changed?
