Datetime sql variable doesn't work for a single date

Hi all!
I got a [[and {{appointment_date}}]] which works perfectly for range of dates, relative dates and so on but doesn´t work for on specific date: tomorrow, today or just dec 31.
I couldn't find a similar issue, so writing here.
Our database is in Snowflake.

Can you send which version you’re running ? Have you seen which sql Metabase is trying to run in your snowflake cluster?

We're on the cloud so the latest version - 1.45.3,
The sql I wrote myself in MB already, so yes I can see the code.
