Basically I want to disable right click on any reports or dashboard within Metabase (in any browser)

This is an interesting request. I'm wondering what do you actually try to achieve? Would you like to prevent people from doing something?
Asking mainly to see if there is an option within Metabase that would satisfy that need.
To answer your question: we don't have the option in the admin panel that would disable the right click.
