Does not start with

Hi

I need to add a filter with “does not start with” which currently can’t be done using the UI.

I have seen these references:

Add `not` and `does-not-contain` filters to MBQL :yum:

so I don’t know if it is possible to add to the UI or I have to stick with SQL (which my users cannot do)
