"Edit data" not available in dashboard

We just upgraded to Metabase 0.15.1

I'm reading in the user guide that to create charts with multiple series you need to hover a question in a dashboard and click Edit Data.

However, when I do so, no "Edit Data" appears to click. See GIF:

I have tried with both SQL questions and questions from the query builder. Is it a bug, or how do I find this Edit Data button?

The reason you aren’t seeing the link is because it only appears on cards which have a charting visualization. We don’t let you add series to a table because that’s potentially misleading.

Try adding a line or bar chart to your dashboard and then doing the same thing. The link should be there.
