Emails sent in English despite instance being configured in Portuguese

The version of Metabase you're running: 0.50.22
Metabase hosting environment:Docker on an EC2 instance on AWS (Amazon Linux)
Internal database type of Metabase: PostgreSQL

Problem description: Even though the Metabase instance is configured to use Portuguese as the default language, all automatic emails (such as notifications and scheduled reports) are being sent in English. This behavior is not expected, as the emails should respect the instance's language setting.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Configure the Metabase instance to use Portuguese in the admin settings.
  2. Send an automatic email, such as a scheduled report notification.
  3. Notice that the received email is in English instead of Portuguese.

Relevant error messages in the developer console or server logs: There are no visible error messages in the developer console or server logs related to this issue.

Additional notes: This issue impacts usability for users who expect to receive communications in the language configured on the instance. Recent updates to higher versions have not resolved the problem.
