Enhancing Metabase for Mobile Use: Community Tips and Tricks

Dear Metabase Community,

I've been increasingly relying on Metabase for mobile access to my queries and dashboards. While functional, the experience could be improved. I'd love to discuss this with you and hear about your experiences.

Current Challenges:

  • Difficulty with filtering
  • Hard to read dashboard names
  • Cumbersome side bar navigation

My Current Workaround: I often use the "web version" on my mobile browser to mimic the desktop interface.

Questions for the Community:

  1. Do you face similar issues when using Metabase on mobile?
  2. How often do you use Metabase on your mobile devices?
  3. What features would you prioritize in a mobile-optimized version of Metabase?

I believe a streamlined mobile version, even with fewer features, could greatly enhance the user experience for on-the-go data analysis.

I'm eager to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Best regards,
Roberto

It looks fine in my opinion, but would be great to have a bigger button to hide the left panel.

Try using your mobile landscape rather than portrait.
Personally, this is why I carry a laptop that converts to a tablet.
