error when connect to sql server

I try to connect to the sql server version 11.0.2218.0 database via metabase but I receive this error:
The driver was unable to establish a secure connection to the SQL Server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: “The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12]”. ClientConnectionId:6a3a0f86-1307-4fe6-a034-543a9b3bdaff
and when I don't give the port number I receive:
Expired after 10.0 sec

you're using a very old SQL server version or the TLS protocol accepted is not compatible with the metabase driver. Please move to a stronger TLS version like 1.1 at least
