Executing Stored Procedure Produces Incorrect Results

When executing a stored procedure in Metabase, I am receiving incorrect/incomplete results (on 0.45.2.1). However, when I export the document to Excel, I see the full, correct query. Below is the execute statement that I am using.

My first thought was that this could be a NOCOUNT issue, but the results were the same regardless of whether it was on.

I know that I am on an older version of Metabase, but could there be something else I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, MS SQL 2014.

Just thought back and realized that the top picture did not show the lack of results with the Metabase report. Below is a picture to demonstrate the lack of results with the same input as seen above.
