Field filters are automatically linked to a locked parameter

I'm trying to create a dash with a locked fitler but without linking the other filter to the locked filter they still behave as if they were.
Is there a way to solve have a locked filter without the rest of the filters being affected by it ?

unfortunately locked filters behave as if they were linked. This is how the feature was designed
