Filter in dashboard resets by it self to plain text input

Hello,

I have strange issue in Meta base 0.29.0, I go to data model, and change filtering to:

Then in dashboard I see everything correctly with this field filter:

Then I refresh page (F5), and it resets to input box:

Is it a bug?
Any solution for this?

I think they tried to fix this on 0.29.3 but I updated and still have the problem.
It is reported on github so maybe it will be working correctly in 0.30
