Filters and binned option displaying wrong information in Japanese

When using filters to select multiple values, english shows the correct amount of values selected. However, in Japanese it always says 0 value. This issue only impacts the actual tag as shown in the image 1

Similarly, when selecting bin options in Japanese all options have the same name as show in the image 2

  • Metabase v0.39.2
  • Metabase hosting environment: GCP

Steps for filter issue:

  1. Open any graph
  2. Select filter and add multiple values
  3. Confirm the filter
    Issue: filter amount is not correct

Steps for bin issue:

  1. Open any graph
  2. Select summarize and look for a value that offer bin options
  3. Click on the bin options button
    Issue: bin options displayed in Japanese are not correct

There has been many fixes to binning, so can you try a newer version? Either 0.39.4 or 0.40.0
