When I am trying to add Accel Team column in the filed , It not letting me add here. Please suggest how I can add this, there are two different questions on the ticket and I want to add filter by my team.

Why do I have to ask for "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting every single time?

You should make some 'automation' in discourse that you automaticly reply on every topic for the Diagnostic info
