For most of the time, horizontal scrolling does not allow dragging for any metabase report/question etc.. when using firefox browser. When you try dragging the scrollbar, it just gets stuck and remains frozen.
The only way to get the scrollbar to move is by clicking on an empty area, and then it jumps over.
