My metabase was running normally before, and I switch ON force all traffic to use https,
then my metabase webapp couldn't be opened/Error. When I cek my status metabase is running. Is there any solution ?

That is not your Site URL, so that's the problem.
And I can also see that you're not using the latest release, so you might consider upgrading at some point: https://github.com/metabase/metabase/releases/latest
You'll have to edit your application database - see the comments in https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/13084
