Formatting options not working

Hello Team,

When I change the formatting options for the columns in the query, it does not update with formatting set, old formatting is still displayed even after restarting the application. Like for example if change the date field from 2019/20/01 to 2019/01/20 or From 2019 January 20th to 2019/01/20 formatting, it does not work.

I had problems prior to 0.31.2, but been fine since.
