Getting help

How do I contact help? We are self hosted, so I don't have a metabaseapp.com user.

Filters don't work at all. Why is it so difficult to contact someone on this? Incredibly frustrating

Andrew, if you're self hosting and you have a paid license, you should have received an email with our contact, as we do with every self hosted customer (and you should also get communications from us when there's a new release). Either way, I sent you an email from our help desk to see what might be going on.
