I was invited to my team, but I didn't receive my invitation email, and when I try to log in by "forget my password", I also can't receive the password reset email. Can you help me with that? its kind of urgent.

Tell your admin to go to the logs of Metabase, they should get a link to a reset password URL when they click on the reset password button so you can get into Metabase
