Help and tips on questions on a scd type 2 table


I have recently made a scd type 2 table to reflect changes to tickets in our customer support system.
I need dsom tips on questions to ask to be able to se changes over time and even follow a separate ticket from start to finish based on the info on the ticket.

Hope that someone has done similar ork and can point me in the right direction to get started.
