How do I align numeric column Right?

Hi, I is there a way to Align Right the columns that are Numbers?

Right now they show like this:

Sadly there is not currently a way to do this, but we are actively discussing our table layout design in general, and right-aligning numeric fields is very much a part of the proposed plan.
