How to edit the font size in labels and vertical scroll bars in tables

I have 3 issues that I need help with and have been numbered on the photo

  1. Currently the length of the sticker is reduced to a minimum of 2 cells, is there any way to reduce it to 1 cell?
  2. currently in the table when going through the page is to press the button. I want to replace it with vertical and horizontal scroll bars, is there any way?
  3. Regarding the label, I'm very happy that the small size has been reduced to 2 squares compared to the previous 3 squares but the text on the label is still large. Is there any way to reduce the size of the text on the label?

  1. For the text header, you could just use a regular text widget rather than a header.

It's in the dashboard editor, not the questions. When you add text, there are two options:

My text is run from function. Is there any way to add the text above?
