How to find my Metabase application database details?

I am unable to find the details of my metabase application database. Someone else setup the metabase cloud and I am trying to move it to self hosted environment. How can I migrate my data from metabase application database to my self hosted database?

Here is my diagnostic info:

Thanks, I don't know how I didn't saw that.

How can I migrate all my users and questions to self hosted version?

You're a cloud customer? If you send in a ticket you can request a snapshot of your application database and we'll send you a download link along with instructions on how to use it to set up a local appDB.
