How to make a required filter to question in query builder

Hi everyone,

By using the SQL query, I can add a filter with a required setting. But in the dashboard, there are some questions built from query builder, I want in case the dashboard filter has no chosen value then all questions are empty. So how can I achieve this by using query builder?
