config the email to send report every day, but when i delete the config email , metabase remain send report email every day, is there any way to stop the auto email send

If you remove email settings from Admin > Settings > Email, then Metabase cannot send emails.
I don't know which "auto send email" you are referring to.
Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
