If you can find the collection in the Archive page, then unarchive the collection, which will automatically unarchive everything within the collection.

@ciwassano I write workarounds to unarchive questions and collections, when a created an unrelated issue some time ago, so have a look at those https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/23501
