@Shweta You are trying to extract the JAR file, which is wrong. You need to run the JAR file via Java.

I am trying to run .jar file in cmd however getting error
‘D:\Metabase’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If you want to run Metabase locally, then you should find someone who knows how to run Java applications on Windows, and can assist you with setting Metabase correctly up.
