"Is empty" filter in Dashboard

Hi.

I would like to add a filter in dashboard which checks whether the column is null or not so that it can be applied to all questions inside the dashboard.
However, I don't see such options under "Text or Category" filter. What I want is the "Is empty" filter which is available in a question. How can I add this into dashboard?
