Is it possible to make a filter for the users of a report, without changing/making the question in SQL?

What do you mean? Are you talking about Sandboxing, but just using Signed Embedding with Locked parameters instead?

I would like it like this (see printscreen) but this question is in SQL, I would like it without SQL.. and not in a dashboard.
