Is it possible to use a filter as part of a conditional statement?

Hi, everyone!

Context: I'm part of sales ops creating a dashboard for commissions. Our commission multiplier differs per person.

Challenge: I'm trying to create a conditional statement where if the owner of the deal is x, he/she will get y multiplier. However, the owner is set through a filter. See image below.

Ask: Is it possible to use a conditional statement if part of the logic is a filter?

You can do it with a question but not once it's been added to a dashboard. The dashboard filters are just for the WHERE clause.
