Is self hosting Pro version only charge for the license (and user account)?

We're building a static embedding dashboard for our app. Our app is built by Angular. Is self hosting Pro version only charge for the license and user accounts? Do you charge for a static embedding dashboard?

I know that for an iteractive embedding, it needs users to log in so Pro version charges for those additional users. Is it free for a static embedding (anyone can access without limitation)?

Static embedding is free, even in the OSS version. Pro version gives you the opportunity to rebrand & recolor the embed, in addition to interactive embed options.
