Issue with mysql database connection

i'm triying to connect my local mysql database in my local docker running metabase container.

i i submit with the database data i get an error in text fields it show check port settings and check host settings. I receive a response as Hmm, we couldn't connect to the database. Make sure your Host and Port settings are correct

Can you share screenshots for the setup? Is your local mysql database inside the same docker where metabase is running??
