LDAP group sync not working

Hi, I’m trying to set up LDAP authentication to Synchronize Group Membership from Okta to Metabase. After doing some setup and test, I’m expecting that the user registered in the Okta engineering cn will be mapped into test-engg-corp-it group in Metabase (see picture below), but unfortunately nothing happen. I’ve attached the setup config below to see if I missed anything.

I’m on the open-source version 0.56.3

Can you determine if Metabase can connect to Okta’s LDAP server successfully? The SSL setting seems suspect. Check the log and make sure the connection is succeeding.

If you’re getting that far then the attributes may be incorrect. Check Okta’s documentation for the correct attributes.
