Hello everybody!
I set the metabase localization to Portuguese(Brazil) and done dashboard with correct month and day of week names with date/time postgres sql operations however getting this same dashbaord with https request API/dashboard/x the month names and day of week came in english.
Any ideia on how to fix it to same localization set?

API = POST /api/dashboard/{id}/pdf
On host metabase dashboard got legend date as Dom, Set, 2026, 08:00 (Portuguese as set in localization)
On Api requested same dashboard PDF got Sun, Sep, 2026, 08:00 (english)

the pdf export renders with the locale of the user making the api call, not the dashboard's own locale setting. so check the account you are using for that POST, its locale under Admin > People needs to be Portuguese (Brazil) too. the dashboard shows pt-BR in the ui because your account has it set, but the api user probably still has english.
Rachelwilson, thanks for your explanation but I am not using API do export dashboard. I am using subscription feature to e-mail the dashboard. The owner´s dashboard user has correct portuguese/brazil locale set but are receiving e-mail in english for days of weeks and months.
