Hi There - Has anyone run into issues where a member of their team has an account with Metabase but is still unable to login and access Metabase? If so, how were you able to resolve this? We have tried deleting and re-creating the account and re-sending invites, but nothing seems to work. We keep running into the same error shown in this video.
Try clearing the cookies - or try in Incognito mode. It doesn’t look like an issue with Metabase, but check the Metabase logs and the browser console for errors.
Clearing the cache/using an incognito browser didn’t work. We will see if we can check the metabase logs. Thanks for the suggestion!
