Looking for freelancer to help with h2 database recovery

Hello, we just tried to update from 48.3 to version 50.x
During the process something went wrong and now we are unable to get metabase to launch with our data.
We are looking or someone who can get this back up and running and help migrate our data over to postgres. We have backups of the db files and the VM is on google compute engine.
