I was using version 0.47.7 before and then upgraded to 0.53.7 and it no longer saves my questions and chart queries. please help me
Hi there,
- Do you have a backup of the App DB before the upgrade? If so, you can always revert to the original version and state of the App DB
- Can you paste here your Diagnostic Info from Admin > Troubleshooting?
Questions are saved in the report_card table of the App DB. It could be that during the upgrade the information in this table was modified. Can you check if the missing question is present in that table?
I have moved to the new version 0.53.7
And I rebuild the dashboard from scratch but the questions after I build are still not saved. And I can't reuse those questions for other related dashboards
