I have records as below
Opportunity_ID as 1,2,3,4,5,…
Country as India,China,…
Country_ID as IN,CH,…
I am trying to plot count by country on map. Tried with both Country and Country_ID. It doesn’t highlight on the map. It shows the map but no country is highlighted.
Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
If Country_ID is following ISO-3166 A2, and you’re setting that as you “Region field” in the visualization settings, then it should work with the built-in World region map.
A2 for China is CN
Otherwise you need to provide steps-to-reproduce and screenshots.

Try clicking the raw-data-toggle in the bottom-center of the screen (just below the map). That will show what data you have and how it looks.
Latest release is 0.35.3. Try upgrading to that. Make sure to backup before upgrade.
And then you need to migrate away from H2, if you’re using Metabase in production.

It shows this table. Number are correct there. I will upgrade. Once it goes through I will migrate from H to postgres.
Upgraded and checked. It still doesn’t show.
@jiwnaiakbar Try downloading as CSV (one of the bottom-right icons) and verify that the country code does not contain spaces before/after - that’s my only guess why it’s not working.
It worked :). There were no spaces in the value but the column in the table was defined as 3 char. I changed the definition to 2 and it worked. Thank You
