I enabled caching to reduce the execution time but when I move a query question to the dashboard and start using a filter it takes a long time and when I don't use the filter it works fine is there any solution?

Because they queries with filters generate a different query, which affects the query hash that Metabase uses to identify if a question is cached or not
what I shall i do to avoid this scenario?
Don’t offer filters to your users 
. I’m being ironic here, there’s not much you can do here
