Metabase Dashboard Missing Questions

Don't know if this has happened to anyone before but a member's personal dashboard (that was not updated since early Jan) had missing questions and I don't know how this came to be. Revision history does not show any previous questions removed and reverting back does not help.

I assume it could be because of a Metabase update we did to v0.38.4 but not sure. Has anyone else experienced missing questions in a dashboard?

This is most likely because the questions has been archived, which then removes them from the dashboards.
