Hi there!
I just configured the email settings and the verification email was successfully sent. However, when I enabled subscriptions on the dashboards (even when using a sample dashboard), and clicked on 'send email', I received a confirmation that the email was sent, but nobody received it.
Any suggestions?
Can you check the Admin -> Troubleshooting -> Logs
Does it happen to every email you specify or specific ones?

But the address was verified in AWS SES:
Update: Metabase is sending emails only to the email configured in Amazon SES, for other emails it gives the following error: 'The following identities failed the check in region US-EAST-1: xxxxx@xxx.com. But that's strange, because that error is over the email recipient.
That's a new one! Email address is not verified. can you share the email? That's an AWS Error
Can you use a different email and see if it's able to send, like your peraonal one, you should still be able to input the email
