"Metabase instance not found"

Hello,

We have been using Metabase for more than a year now, everything was working good but... since today it is impossible to access our instance. Neither my logs nor the ones of our developpers are working and seem to be "nonexistent".

Why ?

We are an app and need this to follow our KPIs...

It is usually caused by the account owner not responding to multiple failed payment notifications.
