Does metabase support the addition, deletion, and modification of tables?

If you’re talking about INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE queries, then no.

Is there only a SELECT query at the moment?Will these features be added in the future?

Yes, Metabase can only view data - I don’t think editing data will ever be part of the project.
