Was wondering if anyone has found away to dynamically reference a metabase question as an external data source in MS excel? I had a look at the embed functionality but that seems more graphical focused.

I don't know Excel, but depending on the version you're using you either have "Get Data" or need to install a plugin: https://superuser.com/questions/235438/can-you-pull-excel-data-from-an-external-and-dynamic-csv-file
Then you can reference questions as CSV of a question in Metabase via Public Sharing:

If you need to have it automatically update constantly, then you might need to write a script instead, but you will likely find better help in a Excel forum, since Metabase can deliver a CSV.
