something i find anoying is that only admins could refresh cached models (with model caching enabled) i feel that someone with rights to curate collection, should be able to refresh that models as well. For now only admins can do that, and we dont want to give whole admin access for someone who only want to refresh data
User could force refresh from model, but only if got admin permission
it would be much better if with proper permission collection owner could refresh as well
