I've come aware that the SMTP server provided for Cloud instances is Amazon SES, and as per this article: Monitor opens, clicks, and bounces for Amazon SES emails | AWS re:Post, Amazon SES can be configured in order to provide opens, clicks and bounces from sent emails.
In my company we have been looking how to achieve this, gathering analytics data from interactions with emails sent by dashboard subscriptions, because it's a key piece for our analysis on some features adoption since we send parameterized mails thru subscriptions, so it'd be awesome to have this feature.
