I used to create charts that show how many actions my customers do on my app on the last 12 months.
On the other side, on the back-office of my app, each day, my customer success manager (CSM) write his actions (customers calls / mails, customer trainings, etc). All these informations are recorded in my database.
It would be very nice to be able to vizualize those events (call/mails) like a layer on the first chart.
The purpose is, for me as a manager, to be able to see how my customers use my app and how they react to my CSM actions.
Do you think it's already possible ??
