Move filter to another place in dashboard

In dashboard with many questions, will be a great funcion move the filter to another place in dashboard, above the question that makes references, for example.

@Juhi Click the Github links I've linked above. If the issue is open, then no. If the issue is closed, then look in the sidebar for a Milestone so you know which version it is included in.
