New User Loggin Trouble

I have created two new users and given access to a group, when i created them metabase said that a message was send to the email adress and it really happened, but when the new user clicks the button to join metabase they are shown they can not access the website. example in the image attached

Make sure that the Site URL is correct in Admin > Settings > General, since that is used in the email links.

@Jose_Izquierdo The address is https:// - but you are using a very old version of Metabase. You should upgrade to a newer release: https://github.com/metabase/metabase/releases
