No thousand separator on metabase version 39.4 when sending by email

I use version 0.39.4 of metabase.

I have written a query that calculates the sum of the amounts but when I share this result by email via metabase, I no longer have a thousand separator

Here is an extract of the result:

@paul You are not paying for Metabase, you are using the free open source edition.
